Hi, I’m Emma Bradbury-Jones and I offer a range of different experiences to those who wish to improve their overall wellbeing in the Shropshire – Staffordshire border area.
I teach gentle Hatha yoga classes, guided by the breath, kindness and compassion and I have been teaching for 20 years (500 hrs British Wheel of Yoga Diploma 2001). In 2016 I qualified to teach Yin yoga and offer monthly Workshops. As I have a keen interest Psychology at Degree level I’m particularly invested in how Yoga can help our mental health as well as our physical health. I am a Trauma Sensitive Yoga teacher, Trauma Centre (2019). I am currently on a 100hr Trauma Informed Yoga training course with Trauma Therapy Manchester. This will enable me to offer 1-2-1 and group sessions.
I have a passion for nature and it’s ability to support our wellbeing, mentally, emotionally and physically. I qualified as a Forest Bathing guide 2019 (Forest Therapy Institute) and Natural Mindfulness Guide 2020 and enjoy aiding others reconnect to nature.
Sound Therapy is a another complimentary practice that not only helps physical illness, but also helps balance the emotions and quieten a busy mind with deep relaxation. I qualified in 2019 to offer Sound Baths to groups and 1-2-1 (Sound Therapy Company) and offer monthly, 1 hour, Relaxation Sound Baths.
All of these practices combined or separate can balance or Nervous systems, help us find calm in a hectic and sometimes confusing world.
