I have two gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Drum, chimes and percussion. which I play to aid deep relaxation.
All you have to do is rest warm and comfortable on your mat and let the sound wash over you! Bliss!

Metal implants / pins / screws / pacemaker (sound can resonate the metal or change the rhythm of a pacemaker).
